The National Retrofit Hub (NRH) has announced that they will be hosting a panel, followed by a drinks reception at InstallerSHOW on Wednesday 26th June, as part of their “Get Retro Fit” initiative with Lyrical Communications – including elemental, Installer, and InstallerSHOW.
The collaborative effort, that offers roundtables and networking opportunities to support the industry in scaling retrofit solutions, will be hosting its first panel to help attendees discover how to enhance their business, regardless of its size.
Lucy Dixon, Head of Content – elemental UK at Lyrical Communications, highlighted the significance of this partnership, stating, “The National Retrofit Hub will play a central role at InstallerSHOW, bringing together the retrofit supply chain and showcasing opportunities to our wider audience. This initiative promises to drive progress, and we’re eager to explore its potential.”
Rachael Owens, Co-Director at the National Retrofit Hub added: “At the National Retrofit Hub, we are dedicated to fostering knowledge exchange and collaboration within the retrofit community. Through InstallerSHOW, we’ll showcase the pivotal role of retrofit in creating a sustainable built environment. Together, we’re committed to amplifying opportunities and overcoming challenges in retrofitting for a better future.”
Join them at InstallerSHOW in Birmingham at the Housing Hub stand on Wednesday 26th June at 12pm, as they spotlight the pathways to success: from igniting demand for retrofit services among your clients to accessing essential training and resources for delivering top-notch quality.
Learn firsthand from industry leaders how to effectively communicate the crucial connection between home performance and health, well-being, and cost savings. NRH Co-Directors Rachael Owens and Sara Edmonds will be joined by an exciting line-up of guest speakers, including:
- Alex Baines – Head of Building Better at Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions, home to British Gypsum and Isover
- Brian Bedford – Group Sustainability Director at RE:GEN Group
- Cara Holmes – Senior Policy Researcher at Citizens Advice
- David Nugent – Chief Executive at Canopy Housing
- Jo Alsop – Founder of The Heating Hub
The NRH will keep the momentum going after the panel, with an exciting networking opportunity – a drinks reception at 4pm at the Housing Hub stand. Sponsored by Isover, part of Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions. The informal gathering will provide attendees with a chance to meet the faces behind the National Retrofit Hub and connect with experts from across the retrofit sector.
Jag Sharma, Head of Sector Development for the Retrofit and Refurbishment Sector, at Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions, home to Isover, commented: “We are delighted to be supporting the National Retrofit Hub at the InstallerSHOW, and enabling collaboration across the built environment. As manufacturers of insulation solutions, we care about building better for people and the planet. Collaboration across our industry has a pivotal role to play in creating sustainable, fabric-first solutions to the retrofit challenge.”
