To enable local retrofit delivery at scale, it’s crucial to understand the current national landscape.
Our new document, crafted by the Delivery Approaches Working Group (WG5) in collaboration with Arup and Ashden, offers a comprehensive overview of retrofit delivery across the UK. It includes both quantitative data and qualitative insights from those actively involved in these programmes.
The purpose of this review is to highlight potential areas for collaborative efforts to overcome barriers, enhance existing delivery models, and develop new initiatives to achieve our mission of enabling large-scale local retrofit delivery.

The Retrofit Delivery: State of the Nation Review Webinar took place on 8th July 2024. Together with Tara Clinton (Arup) and Donal Brown (Ashden) we gave an overview of the Review and set forward what the next steps are for activity
