Justice for Tenants have contracts in place with 135 Local Authorities to support their Housing Act (HHSRS) enforcement activity through the effective use of civil financial penalties.

Centre for Sustainable Energy – Support for Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards Enforcement
Between 2018-2020, The Centre for Sustainable Energy supported seven local authorities to develop and test approaches to enforcing Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) in the private rented sector.
Rent Smart Wales
Rental property registration and licensing of landlords and agents is mandatory in Wales, through Rent Smart Wales. Established following the introduction of the Housing (Wales) Act, Rent Smart Wales has been in place since November 2015 and enforced since November 2016.
