Our Impact Report: 2025.

Impact report 2025
30 May, 2026

As a Community Interest Company, the National Retrofit Hub exists to create public benefit by helping strengthen the UK retrofit system so local delivery can happen at the scale, quality and fairness needed.

That means we believe it is important to hold ourselves to the same standard we often ask of the wider sector by setting clear objectives, measuring our progress against them, and sharing what we learn.

At the start of 2025, we introduced a monitoring and evaluation framework linked to our theory of change and four core pillars:

  • ADVOCACY
  • KNOWLEDGE
  • CONNECTION & COLLABORATION
  • INFLUENCE

It combines quantitative measures with wider signs of progress, recognising that meaningful change is not only about numbers. It is also about stronger collaboration, better decisions, practical resources, and helping turn ambition into delivery.

Our Impact Report 2025 shares what that looked like in practice. Alongside key results, you will find case studies that bring the work to life and show how collective effort can create real momentum.

Our work is only possible through the time, engagement and commitment of our incredible network. Thank you to our funders, partners and sponsors for enabling this work to happen, and to the individuals across our board, working groups, cross-cutting themes, speakers, contributors, and everyone who gives their time, insight and energy to support this impactful work.

We hope you enjoy reading the report, and we would love to hear your thoughts.
